What’s included when I book a session at the studio?Each session includes a professional audio and video engineer to manage the recording process. Depending on your package (audio-only or video podcast service), you’ll have access to broadcast-quality microphones, multi-camera video, professional lighting, and soundproofing. Audio and video editing are included to ensure a polished final product.

How long does it take to receive my edited podcast?Turnaround time depends on the level of editing requested. Typically, episodes are delivered within 3-5 business days. Expedited delivery is available upon request.

Do you offer social media clips or promotional content from my podcast?Absolutely! We can create short-form, high-impact social media clips from your podcast, complete with captions, branding, and engaging visuals—perfect for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Can I have guests join remotely for my podcast recording?Yes! We offer remote guest integration, allowing your guests to join via Zoom with high-quality audio and video synchronization for a seamless multi-location recording experience.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my booking?We understand that plans change. Rescheduling is free with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the session fee, while same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Can I bring my own equipment, or do I have to use the studio’s setup?You’re welcome to bring your own microphones or cameras if preferred, but our studio is fully equipped with broadcast-quality gear to ensure the best production value. Our team will handle setup and optimization for a seamless recording experience.

Can I come solo or with less than 4 Guests?Yes! We modifiy the setup to suit any number of guests.

Why would I need further editing?While the 'live' cut will satisfy most, we like to offer additional editing services so that your podcast can be as polished as possible.

Can you help with oploading and promotion of the Podcast?Yes! Contact us for further information.

Do we off bookings less than an hour?No. 60 Minutes is our minimum. You can book longer as needed.

What is the cancellation policy?If you need to cancel your pre-booked session with us, we offer a full refund if given 48 hours notice. 50% of booking value for 24 hour notice. Anything less than 24 hours out will not be refunded.
